Am I required to upload documents and why?
You can register, play, and win without uploading any documents. We only ask you to verify your identity in specific situations, for example if a fraud, risk, or compliance check is triggered, if the information on your account appears false or incomplete, or where we are required to by law. We operate under the laws of Costa Rica. In those cases we will tell you exactly what we need, and the relevant withdrawal is paused only until verification is complete.
Сan I edit the data in my profile?
Yes, you can edit your profile information, but some fields are not editable. Please, contact our support team to change the data.
Is my personal information secure in the Tiga.game?
Please be confident that your documents and other personal data will be protected.
Am I required to verify my account in order to make a deposit or a withdrawal?
No verification is required for normal deposits or withdrawals. We reserve the right to request identity documents before a payout where a fraud, risk, or compliance check applies, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
How should I send my documentation?
Go to the “Security & Verification” tab in your Profile. There you will find all the necessary documents. Upload documents in JPG or PNG (max size 2MB).
